We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
American Express, PayPal and money orders.
The charge will appear on your
credit card statement as BUYLEMMONCO.
The billing address is the address
the credit card company or bank mails your
statement to. Having this address allows
us to verify your identity.
We charge sales tax on orders shipping
to the state of Illinois. The sales tax charged
is 7.25%.
We encourage customers to place their order
on-line because it is faster, more convenient,
and there is less margin for error. However,
if ordering by phone makes you more comfortable,
you may order by phone.
Shipping and handling is charged
at a rate of $4.95 per order plus $2 per
item for UPS Ground. Shipping is free for
orders of $250 or more. The maximum we charge
for shipping and handling is $14.95.
We
ship orders within 1 business day of
order completion. Shipments via UPS Ground
take 1-4 days depending on your distance
from Chicago.
You
can find the tracking number in your
account area or on your e-mail shipping
confirmation. You can track your package
at UPS.com.
We prefer to ship to street addresses,
but if a PO Box is chosen we will ship via
a comparable Postal method.
